Details
Japanese or Oriental Persimmon is related to the common or American persimmon, but is native to Asia. This wildlife favorite is for sale and will grow to 20-30' in height and spread. It is as well known for its nutritional value as it is for its ornamental value. It's sweet 3-4" diameter bright orange fruit develop in late fall and commonly hang on well into winter, long after the leaves have fallen.
