Shipping Policy

At Wildtree, we strive to deliver high-quality plants that arrive in a healthy condition to your desired location. It is our goal to process and ship orders as they are received.

How We Ship

Currently, all of our trees and shrubs ship via FedEx Ground or UPS. Orders are processed as soon as they are received. Our orders typically ship on the Wednesday following the date that your order was submitted. Depending on your location, the delivery times will range from 2-5 days. There are situations, such as adverse weather conditions, that may ultimately determine the actual ship dates.

Shipment Notifications

When your order ships, you will receive automated notifications via email and/or text message. Tracking numbers for your order will be provided in these messages. Please indicate your preference in the “Order Notes” section of the Checkout menu.

Specific Ship Dates

If you would like your order held for a specific ship date, please specify in the “Order Notes” section of the checkout page. We will do our best to accommodate your request(s). If we are unable to do so, we will notify you.

Pre-Orders & Split Shipments

Some plants are not available for immediate shipment but are available for pre-order. These products will be indicated as such on the Shop page. If you are placing pre-orders, the website will specify a ready date for future shipment. If your order contains a combination of items that are ready to ship immediately and pre-ordered items, we will ship the ready items per our standard shipping policy. The pre-order items will ship at a later time.
